User content ownership
Users retain ownership of content they upload, subject to any rights held by third parties. By uploading content, users grant EquestrianIQ the limited rights required to host, display, process, back up, share according to user settings and provide app functionality.
Third-party material
Users must not upload or share copyrighted or confidential material unless they have permission or a lawful basis to do so. This includes full rulebooks, paid training programs, professional photos, commercial videos, coach-created materials, official test diagrams, event documents and business records.
Takedown process
EquestrianIQ provides an IP complaint contact: [insert email]. Complaints should identify the allegedly infringing material, rights owner, location in the app, evidence of ownership and requested action. EquestrianIQ may remove or restrict content while investigating.
