If you're not satisfied with your EquestrianIQ subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. We want you to feel confident using EquestrianIQ — if it isn't right for you, we'll refund you.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the order and choose Request a refund, or contact Paddle support from that page.
- You can also email us at support@equestrianiq.app and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
When refunds may not apply
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Use (for example, fraud, abuse of sharing features, or unlawful content).
- Charges already refunded or charged back through your card issuer.
If a refund is declined and you believe it shouldn't have been, contact support@equestrianiq.app and we will review with Paddle.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
