Purpose
The Collection Notice is short in-app wording shown when users create an account, add a horse, upload records, invite team members or enable AI/document features.
Account notice
We collect your account, horse, training and app-use information to provide EquestrianIQ features, including ride logs, horse care records, reminders, sharing, reports and training insights. Some records may contain personal or sensitive information. You control who can access each horse and record. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Upload notice
Only upload documents you are authorised to store in EquestrianIQ. Documents may contain personal, professional, health, financial or ownership information about other people. Sensitive records are private by default unless you choose to share them.
AI notice
If you enable AI insights for a record, EquestrianIQ may analyse selected content to help organise information or suggest training/care insights. Do not enable AI for sensitive records unless you are comfortable with this use. EquestrianIQ does not provide veterinary diagnosis or official competition rulings.
