Draft for internal review only — not legal advice. This document is a working draft based on the EquestrianIQ Pre-Launch Policy Pack (v0.1) and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
Purpose
This policy governs AI features that analyse or generate training, care, record-management, document, video or performance insights.
AI principles
- AI supports users; it does not replace professional judgement.
- Sensitive records are excluded from AI analysis by default unless the user opts in.
- AI outputs are labelled as suggestions, not veterinary diagnoses, legal advice, official rule determinations or guaranteed performance outcomes.
- Users can report inaccurate, unsafe or inappropriate AI outputs.
- AI processing providers are listed in the Third-Party Processor Register.
- If user content is used to improve AI models, this is disclosed and controlled by user consent / opt-out choices.
Restricted AI uses
- Do not diagnose lameness, illness, pain or injury.
- Do not state that tack, medication or competition documents are officially compliant without directing users to official sources/professionals.
- Do not generate unsafe jumping/gridwork exercises outside approved templates and safety rules.
- Do not expose private records in AI summaries shared with unauthorised users.
